Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience.
• Minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience preferred.
• Strong and stable work history with wine knowledge preferred.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.

• Driving high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed restaurant department and fostering an inclusive environment.
• Implementing effective security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests.
• Being the restaurant of choice by creating memorable experiences for guests and connecting with the community.
• Driving restaurant results through management of the department’s P&L and developing initiatives to build sales and profitability.
• Presenting quality food and drink by ensuring menu items are prepared to recipe and presented to high standards.
• Enforcing safety and sanitation practices with a passion for excellence.
