Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of F&B operations management in fine dining or upscale hotel restaurant.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Strong understanding of FOH roles and guest service standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train front of house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee service standards, floor management, and pre-shift briefings.
• Coordinate with BOH for menu knowledge and substitutions.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage program and overall facility appearance.
