Job summary

Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Columbus, OH is looking for a Restaurant Manager to assist the General Manager and Chef in day-to-day operations of the Front and Back-of-House teams. You will ensure guests receive the genuine hospitality the brand is known for and help sustain excellence in food, beverage, service, and team culture.

The role requires at least one year in hospitality, strong communication, and a commitment to developing staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Successful completion of corporate training program.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and Guest delight.
• Lead and develop Team Members to support internal promotions.
• Manage performance including coaching and discipline.
• Rotate between FOH and BOH as needed.
