Job summary

Ruth’s Chris Restaurant in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Restaurant Manager to assist the General Manager and Chef in daily operations, overseeing both Front and Back-of-House teams to ensure guests enjoy genuine hospitality. You will drive sales, mentor staff, and supervise performance to maintain high standards of food, beverage, and service excellence.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, holidays, and weekends, with a focus on leadership development and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant/hospitality experience required.
• Strong communication skills with ability to resolve conflict and mentor hourly team members.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of corporate training program required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and Guest delight.
• Champion and support Team Member development and internal promotions.
• Manage performance of Team Members through evaluations, training, coaching and discipline.
• Perform effectively in both FOH and BOH rotation as scheduled.
