Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Orlando, FL is hiring a Restaurant Manager to assist the General Manager and Chef in daily operations. You will supervise Front and Back-of-House teams to deliver renowned hospitality while upholding food and service excellence.

This role emphasizes developing talent, driving sales, and maintaining an exceptional guest experience with flexibility to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Strong communication skills with ability to mentor hourly team members.
• Successful completion of corporate training program.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and Guest delight.
• Champion and support Team Member development; enable internal promotions.
• Manage performance of Team Members, including evaluations, training, coaching, and discipline.
• Rotate effectively between FOH and BOH as scheduled.
