Ruth's Chris Steak House in Boston is seeking a Restaurant Manager to assist the General Manager and Chef in day-to-day operations, leading Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams to ensure exceptional hospitality and guest experience. The role emphasizes excellence in food, beverage, service, and staff development.

The ideal candidate has restaurant/hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of mentorship.

Qualifications

• A minimum of restaurant/hospitality experience required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor hourly team members.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance of Team Members, including evaluations, training, coaching, and discipline.
