Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager and Chef in day-to-day operations. You will supervise Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams and ensure guests receive the genuine hospitality Ruth’s Chris is known for.

The role emphasizes leadership development, training, coaching, and driving sales while maintaining the highest standards of food and service.

Competenze

• Minimum of 1 year of restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Strong communication skills with ability to mentor hourly team members.
• Successful completion of corporate training program.
• High School Diploma or GED.
