The ideal candidate has 3+ years of upscale full-service experience, manages ~$3M+ annual sales, and a proven record of coaching staff and improving operations. This is a hands-on leadership position with growth into multi-unit leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Upscale casual or similar full-service experience.
• Experience with approximately $3M+ in annual sales.
• Stable work history with progression and increasing responsibility.
• Strong track record of training and coaching employees.
• Experience with scheduling and labor management.
• FOH/BOH hands-on leadership.
• From fast food/quick service backgrounds is generally not aligned.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and maintain high hospitality standards.
• Coach and develop FOH and BOH team members.
• Remain highly visible on the restaurant floor during service.
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and labor management.
• Handle guest recovery and resolve operational challenges.
• Partner with the General Manager and Executive Chef.
• Maintain standards for service, food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Help build a positive, accountable, high-performing culture.

Restaurant Manager – Upscale Casual Dining

$75,000–$85,000 Base Salary + Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager with a background in upscale or polished casual, high-volume full-service dining.

This opportunity is with a growing restaurant group known for scratch‑made food, strong hospitality standards, and developing leaders from within. We are looking for someone who has already demonstrated success in a comparable restaurant environment and wants to build a long‑term career with a growing organization.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience
• Current or recent upscale casual, polished casual, steakhouse, or comparable full‑service experience
• Experience in restaurants generating approximately $3M+ in annual sales
• Stable work history with demonstrated progression and increasing responsibility
• Strong track record of training, coaching, and developing employees
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, guest recovery, and daily restaurant operations
• Comfortable supporting both FOH and BOH
• Professional, hands‑on leadership style
• Candidates coming primarily from fast food, quick service, fast casual, or lower-volume casual dining will generally not align with this opportunity.
