Requirements

• Strong knowledge of food handling, food safety management, and kitchen operations.
• Experience with POS systems .
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a positive work environment.
• Good communication skills for managerial communication, staff training, and customer interactions.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
