Job summary

Flower Child, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, seeks an experienced restaurant manager to lead high-volume operations in Phoenix. You will oversee daily shifts, drive guest satisfaction, and coach a team to deliver consistent, healthy dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of business operations and financials.
• Ability to manage shifts, scheduling, and daily decision making.
• Proven track record delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Familiarity with POS systems and OpenTable.

• Manage shifts including daily decision making, scheduling and planning.
• Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations.
• Understand flavors, aromas, and characteristics of food ingredients.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.

• Understand POS systems and OpenTable (or other digital/online reservation systems).
