You will oversee front-of-house teams, manage costs, and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a design-driven venue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in senior restaurant leadership (GM/AGM or equivalent).
• $5M+ annual sales experience; $8M+ preferred.
• Financial management of inventories, labor, food/bev, costs.
• Proven ability to coach and retain high-performance teams.
• Upscale dining knowledge and guest relations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with restaurant tech platforms and reporting.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.

Restaurant Manager | Requirements & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a senior restaurant leadership role (General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Director of Operations, or similar)
• Proven success leading restaurants generating $5M+ in annual sales; $8M+ preferred
• Financial management, including inventories, labor, food, beverage, and controllable costs
• Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and retain high-performance teams
• Deep understanding of upscale dining, beverage programs, and guest relations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with restaurant technology platforms and operational reporting systems
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as require
