You will oversee front-of-house teams, manage costs, and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a design-driven venue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in senior restaurant leadership (GM/AGM or equivalent).
• $5M+ annual sales experience; $8M+ preferred.
• Financial management of inventories, labor, food/bev, costs.
• Proven ability to coach and retain high-performance teams.
• Upscale dining knowledge and guest relations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with restaurant tech platforms and reporting.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop front-of-house team to deliver guest experiences.
• Oversee financial performance, cost controls, and P&L.
• Uphold brand standards and procedures.
• Maintain hands-on floor presence with guests and staff.
