Job Summary

We are seeking an 2 experienced Restaurant Managers to join our team at 27 Club Coffee Miami! As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well‑being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant or coffee shop. 1 manager position will consist of running the day business and 1 manager position will consist of running the night business.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop short and long-term goals for the restaurant
• Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
• Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
• Create and maintain a food and beverage budget
• Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
• Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
• Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events
