Join Our Team as a Restaurant Manager at Major Food Group

Vino, a new concept from Major Food Group, celebrates timeless artisanship and the most coveted wines of Italy, featuring a thousand-bottle wine cellar. The menu offers handmade pastas, Sicilian pizzas, signature entrées like spicy rigatoni and fried veal chop prepared “your way,” and fresh gelato served table-side.

We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our growing Miami team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will ensure guests have a pleasant and memorable experience.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of an upscale dining restaurant under the guidance of the General Manager
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff as directed by the GM
  • Oversee staff management, customer satisfaction, and quality standards
  • Develop strategies to enhance restaurant performance and profitability
  • Uphold policies and ensure health and safety compliance
  • Collaborate with chefs to ensure efficient food production and service
  • Manage budgets and control costs to maximize revenue
  • Provide exemplary guest service and inspire staff
  • Perform other duties to facilitate smooth operations
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of management experience in the Restaurant/Hospitality Industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred
  • Culinary certification or comparable culinary experience preferred
  • Experience with restaurant openings, staff training, and implementing new systems preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with a team-oriented attitude
  • High standards of honesty, integrity, humility, and leadership
  • Experience managing large-scale restaurants is a plus
