Job summary

Dunkin’ in Maple Shade, New Jersey, is seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our store team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll oversee daily operations, inventory, scheduling, and cash handling while upholding food safety and brand standards; drive sales through effective cost control and team development; and create a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant or retail management experience (QSR experience a plus!)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
