Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our store team and maintain quick, friendly service in a fast-paced environment. You will manage daily operations, supervise staff, and uphold brand standards to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of management experience in QSR or retail, strong leadership, and a commitment to customer service. Opportunity for advancement and competitive incentives are included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant or retail management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cash handling is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

As a Dunkin' Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the store, responsible for:

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of restaurant or retail management experience (QSR experience a plus!)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Fluent in English
• Math and financial management
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
• At least 18 years of age
• High School diploma, or equivalent
