Job summary

Dunkin’ is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Gardendale, AL to lead a fast-paced store, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee daily operations with a focus on safety, quality, and performance.

You will motivate a diverse team, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure adherence to brand standards while delivering strong sales and customer service. Weekend and holiday flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant or retail management experience (QSR experience a plus).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service.
