Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Restaurant Manager to be the heartbeat of the store, leading a dedicated team to deliver outstanding guest experiences while maintaining daily operations and ensuring brand standards.

You will drive sales through smart cost control, recruit and train team members, and uphold food safety and sanitation, all while fostering a positive, inclusive workplace. This on-site role offers weekend/holiday flexibility and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant or retail management experience (QSR experience a plus).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on attitude with a passion for customer service.
