Ocean Restaurant at Cape Arundel Inn & Resort is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a full-time, year-round salaried position overseeing all front of house operations, including restaurant, bar, promotions, and resort amenities.

Responsibilities

• Manage front of house staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Oversee inventory management, cost controls, vendor relations, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead daily staff meetings and coordinate in-house events.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and develop SOPs.
• Manage bar program, including menu creation and vendor relations.
• Handle cash management, tips, and service charges fairly.
• Perform floor management duties to ensure a high-quality guest experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of F&B experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• 1+ year of leadership experience in F&B.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
