The Salema Group Dunkin' is seeking a guest and team-focused leader to join as a Restaurant Manager. We are a family-owned franchise operating 28 locations across New Hampshire & Maine. Schedule

Store Managers typically work 5-6 days a week, 8-10 hours per day, totaling 40-55 hours. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required, along with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
  • Create a fun, friendly, and safe environment for staff and customers
  • Ensure operational and cleanliness standards are met daily
  • Develop sales programs to leverage business opportunities
  • Manage labor budgets, food costs, guest satisfaction, and brand standards
  • Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, inventory, food safety, and audits
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of food service management experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Leadership ability to guide a team to success
  • ServSafe Certification preferred
  • Understanding of confidentiality in leadership roles
  • Ability to sit, stand, move, and lift up to 50 lbs for up to 12 hours
