The Salema Group Dunkin' is seeking a guest and team-focused leader to join as a Restaurant Manager. We are a local, family-owned franchise operating 28 locations in New Hampshire & Maine. Our mission is to energize, inspire, and keep America running on Dunkin'! In this role, you will work in a fast-paced, fun environment, contributing to our team-oriented culture.

Pay and Benefits
  • Starting at $50,000/year
  • Competitive pay, 401k, paid time off, employee meals
  • Monthly bonus based on sales and operational performance

Schedule

Typically 5/6 days per week, 8-10 hours per day, totaling 40-55 hours, including weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation and flexible availability are required.

Responsibilities
  • Create a fun, friendly, and safe environment for team members and customers
  • Ensure operational and cleanliness standards are met daily
  • Develop sales programs to increase business opportunities
  • Manage labor budgets, food costs, guest satisfaction, and brand standards
  • Perform administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, inventory, and audits
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of food service management experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Leadership skills and ability to lead a team to success
  • ServSafe Certification preferred
  • Understanding of confidentiality and a hands-on approach to work
