The Salema Group Dunkin' is seeking a guest and team-focused leader for the role of Restaurant Manager. We are a family-owned franchise operating 28 Dunkin' locations across New Hampshire & Maine.

Schedule

Store Managers typically work 5-6 days, 8-10 hours per day, totaling approximately 40-55 hours/week. Availability on weekends and holidays is required. Reliable transportation is necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Create a fun, friendly, and safe environment for team members and customers
  • Ensure operational and cleanliness standards are met daily
  • Develop sales programs to leverage business opportunities
  • Maintain labor budgets, food costs, guest satisfaction, and brand standards
  • Perform administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, inventory, food safety, and operational audits
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of food service management experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Leadership ability to guide a team to success
  • ServSafe Certification preferred
  • Understanding of confidentiality in leadership roles
  • Ability to sit, stand, move, and lift up to 50 lbs for up to 12 hours
