Overview:
- Ensure excellence in guest satisfaction through a hands-on, lead-by-example management style
- Utilize leadership skills to motivate employees, manage costs, and oversee labor
- Inspect establishment and observe workers and guests to ensure compliance with occupational, health, safety standards, and liquor regulations
- Ensure accuracy of paperwork such as daily sales summaries, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records
Qualifications:
- At least 2+ years of upscale/fine dining restaurant management experience
- Extensive front-of-house knowledge and advanced understanding of financial aspects
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Stable and progressive work history with a strong work ethic
Additional Details:
- Pay Range: USD $65,000 - USD $75,000 per year
