Primary Objective

Assistant Restaurant Manager: Responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, including oversight of the Kitchen, Dining Room, and To-Go Service. Ensures compliance with brand standards, health & safety regulations, and financial performance.

Essential Functions

1. Assist with administrative duties: ordering, receiving, inventory, scheduling, vendor invoices.
2. Source, interview, hire, train, delegate, evaluate, and discipline staff.
3. Oversee daily financial responsibilities: cash handling, deposits, comps, voids.
4. Resolve food quality and service complaints.
5. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
6. Support marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
7. Lead by example, embody company culture, and mentor team members.
8. Provide performance feedback and support professional development.
9. Collaborate effectively with management and staff, demonstrating initiative and judgment.
10. Address Fan complaints promptly.
11. Operate computer systems and related hardware/software.
12. Perform duties of Service Assistant, Line Cook, Server, or Bartender as needed.
13. Perform other duties as directed by supervisors.

Qualification Standards

• Ability to read and write English.
• Effective verbal communication with Fans and Staff.
• Stand and walk 100% of the shift.
• Frequently reach, bend, stoop, and wipe.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs., up to 20 times per shift, including placing items on high shelves or in coolers/freezers.
• Work in damp, hot environments and with open flames.
• Use sharp knives, utensils, slicers, and other kitchen machinery.
• Hold items with hands for extended periods, up to 5 lbs.

Salary ranges from $59,000 to $67,000 USD annually.
