About the Role
As a Restaurant Manager at Russo’s New York Pizzeria & Italian Kitchen, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in service, food quality, and team performance. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, uphold brand standards, and drive profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Coordinate daily operations, ensuring seamless collaboration between kitchen and dining areas.
- Customer Satisfaction: Deliver superior service to maximize customer satisfaction and address feedback promptly.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure the availability of necessary kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to sanitation, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Financial Oversight: Control operational costs, minimize waste, and prepare detailed reports on revenues and expenses.
- Community Engagement: Promote the restaurant’s brand within the local community through events and social media initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and health regulations.
- TABC and Food Handler certifications are required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual abilities to cater to a diverse customer base.
- Background in hospitality management or culinary education.
