Job Summary:

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily food and beverage service in the Club restaurant operations. They will ensure all Food and Beverage operations and Member services are coordinated to exceed Member expectations while maintaining service and safety standards.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Invited service standards as outlined in the Hospitality First training program at high standards.
  • Supervise, directly or indirectly, service staff to ensure consistent service and execution of the Member/Guest Food & Beverage experience.
  • Have comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu, including daily features and specials.
  • Possess clear knowledge of all liquors, beers, and wines available at the Club.
  • Accurately execute Member/Guest orders and requests promptly.
  • Perform opening procedures for breakfast, lunch, or dinner shifts, including closing procedures as applicable.
  • Attend and participate in staff meetings, daily line-ups, weekly service training, and special sessions as requested.
  • Assist in implementing training programs for service personnel as directed.
About You:
  • At least 2 years of experience in restaurant or club-related Food & Beverage roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service, STAR Trainer, TABC, and CPR are preferred.
  • Handle confidential information professionally.
  • Training in Service STAR and Alcohol Management preferred.
  • Proficient in computer and spreadsheet skills; strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in a professional indoor club or office environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
