Job summary

The role requires stamina to stand for long shifts (up to 10 hours), the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and strong English communication. Prior food safety certification is preferred, with a focus on teamwork and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic restaurant hospitality and service mindset.
• Able to stand for 10 hours.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Clear communication in English (spoken and written).
• Must have food safety certification or state-required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled shifts and follow policy and procedure.
• Punch in, sign in, and report to management on time in full uniform.
• Set up dining room, run side work, and close duties.
• Sell to guests with strong product knowledge.
• Serve guests according to service standards.
• Assist in table and dining room cleanup.
• Compute guest checks and process payments accurately.
• Report tips as required for each shift.
• Maintain restaurant safety and sanitation.
• Participate in staff meetings and share improvement ideas.
• Present a clean, professional appearance at all times.
• Adhere to liquor service laws and responsible serving guidelines.
