Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1 year restaurant management experience.
• Must be able to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
• Identify qualified applicants and develop leaders, empowering employees.
• Ensure restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department Standards.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive change.
