Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant management team. The role emphasizes developing leaders, ensuring health and safety compliance, and executing merchandising and marketing programs to drive store performance.

The successful candidate will oversee customer service, training, and coaching across all restaurant staff, while leveraging P&L and store reports to improve outcomes. Promote from within and support a strong retention culture.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching for restaurant staff.
• Identify and develop leaders to improve retention and advancement.
• Ensure restaurant compliance with policies and Health Department Standards.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to inform decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
• Develop leaders and improve retention through mentorship and coaching.
• Ensure restaurant complies with company policies and Health Dept Standards.
• Oversee all merchandising and marketing programs across the store.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive operational improvements.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with team and supervisors.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel to manage documentation and reporting.
