Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead store operations and supervise the restaurant team. The role emphasizes training, coaching, and developing staff to deliver first-rate customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure health and safety compliance, and manage merchandising initiatives alongside sales goals. The position offers a strong internal promotion path and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for restaurant staff.
• Focus on retention by developing leaders, empowering employees, and promoting productivity.
• Oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with policies and Health Department standards.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive improvements.
• Excellency in oral and written communication; intrapersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft products; Word and Excel preferred.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required with 1 year of management experience.
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
