Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant management team, supervise staff, and uphold standard operating procedures in a fast-paced store environment.

The role emphasizes training, coaching, and ensuring high-quality customer service, while maintaining store condition and profitability. Strong communication and computer skills are required; a High School diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a front-of-house or restaurant team.
• Ability to train and coach staff to deliver excellent service.
• Knowledge of basic store operations, health, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and customer service quality.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff development to improve retention.
• Monitor store condition and ensure compliance with company policies and health standards.
• Oversee merchandising, marketing programs, and in-store promotions.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive improvements and profitability.
