7-Eleven is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team and help drive store performance. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure health and safety standards are met while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Restaurant Leader, for all restaurant employees.
• Oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and Health Department standards.
• Strong focus on proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness of all products.
• Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and use store reports to drive change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure the restaurant meets health, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Coach and develop staff through training and mentorship.
• Monitor P&L and store reports to inform operational improvements.
