7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will supervise restaurant operations, coach staff, and ensure consistent customer service, food quality, and compliance with health standards.

The role emphasizes training, leadership development, and collaboration with the Restaurant Leader to advance store performance. This full-time position offers competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Desire to oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
• Ability to oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards.
• Experience reading operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel).
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with 1+ year of Restaurant Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations with the Restaurant Leader.
• Provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching to staff.
• Ensure proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive improvements.
• Maintain compliance with Health Department Standards and company policies.
