Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team and lead daily restaurant operations. You will work closely with the Restaurant Leader to train staff, ensure health and safety standards, and provide outstanding customer service.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and using store reports to drive improvements. We offer full-time hours with opportunities for advancement and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to oversee restaurant operations and ensure compliance with Health Department Standards.
• Strong customer service leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Familiarity with P&L and store reports to drive change.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (Word, Excel).
• High School diploma preferred, but 1 year of Restaurant Management experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff performance.
• Ensure store conditions meet company policies and health standards.
• Lead with exceptional customer service and coaching for team members.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and freshness consistently.
• Utilize P&L and store reports to guide decisions and improvements.
