7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, staff supervision, and delivering excellent customer service.

The role focuses on operations, training, and coaching; you’ll ensure compliance with health standards and company policies while maintaining quality foodservice standards. Eligible for advancement.

Qualifications

• Willingness to oversee customer service leadership with the Restaurant Leader.
• Ensure restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department Standards.
• Ensure proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Ability to read and interpret store operating documents.
• Proficient with basic computer tools including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership alongside the Restaurant Leader.

• Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Utilize P&L and store reports to drive improvements.
• Read and follow operating manuals and procedures.
