The role emphasizes staff development, operations oversight, and adherence to Health Department guidelines, with opportunities for advancement within a strong promoting-from-within culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required for candidates with restaurant management experience.
• Ability to multi-task, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations as part of the leadership team to ensure smooth daily performance.
