7-Eleven is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead a restaurant team, coach staff, and ensure top customer service while maintaining strict cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Restaurant Management.
• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting operating documents and using basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department standards.
• Provide leadership, training and coaching to all restaurant staff in partnership with the Restaurant Leader.
• Monitor food preparation, presentation and freshness; use reports to drive improvements.
