The MIT will learn to lead teams, maintain high standards, and drive profitability while promoting an unbeatable work culture. The District Manager provides guidance as the MIT progresses toward direct restaurant leadership.

Qualifications

• Open availability during all restaurant hours and during pre-opening, post-closing hours
• 1+ year of prior Quick Service Restaurant management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Talent management: recruit, interview, hire, train, coach and develop Assistant Managers, Shift Managers and Team Members
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and brand quality standards; manage production and inventory to prevent shortages
• Train and coach team to deliver an extraordinary guest experience and achieve service goals
• Maintain clean, safe restaurant operations and uphold brand standards; provide feedback and coaching to the team
• Review financial reports and help drive traffic, sales, and profitability while ensuring accurate cash/inventory controls
