Bojangles' in Fort Oglethorpe, GA is seeking a Manager in Training to develop into a restaurant leader. This learning role focuses on people, operations, and financial metrics while delivering an unbeatable guest experience.

The MIT will train across Talent Management, Food Safety, and Operational Excellence, advancing toward district-level responsibilities with a strong work culture and profitability focus.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Open availability during all restaurant hours including pre-opening and post-closing hours.
• Dependable and able to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• 1+ year of prior Quick Service Restaurant management or hourly management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Talent management: recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and managers.
• Food safety and quality: ensure hygiene, proper handwashing, gloves and brand recipes are followed.
• Guest satisfaction: train staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and meet service goals.
• Operational excellence: maintain clean, safe restaurants, conduct evaluations and drive improvements.
• Communication: cascade information to the team and maintain 1:1 and team discussions.
• General duties and administration: manage paperwork, schedules, cash and inventory with accuracy.
