Bojangles' is seeking an experienced General Manager in Alabama to lead day-to-day operations, coach a talented team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will manage food safety, quality standards, and drive sales while maintaining a positive work culture.

As a restaurant leader, you will oversee staffing, training, and financial performance, reporting to the District Manager and ensuring brand compliance across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a Quick Service Restaurant or similar operation.
• Strong focus on people development and coaching.
• Passion for guest satisfaction and clean, safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, hires, trains, coaches, and develops management teams.
• Maintains restaurant safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
• Drives sales and profitability through training and performance management.
• Ensures 95+ Health Dept ratings and adherence to policies.
• Reviews financial reports and drives improvements in cash, inventory, and sales.
• Communicates brand initiatives to store team and stakeholders.
