Job summary

Bojangles' is seeking a Manager in Training to grow into a restaurant leadership role in Cedartown, GA. This is a learning position focused on people, operations, and financial metrics to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will recruit, train, coach, and develop leaders, supervise daily operations, ensure food safety, manage schedules, and drive sales and profitability through strong training and a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Experience in Quick Service Restaurant management preferred
• Strong leadership and training abilities
• Ability to develop and coach a team to deliver guest satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Recruits, interviews, hires, trains, coaches, and develops Assistant Managers and Team Members.
• Executes brand training programs and implements additional training plans.
• Maintains appearance and work culture standards across the team.
• Ensures food safety, hygiene, and proper food handling.
• Drives guest satisfaction and resolves feedback to improve service.
• Maintains clean, safe, and compliant restaurant operations.
• Reviews financial reports and assists in driving profitability and sales growth.
• Communicates brand initiatives and aligns team with company goals.
