Bojangles' in Cedartown, GA is seeking a Manager in Training to develop into a restaurant leader. This learning role trains you in people, operations, and financial metrics to drive guest experience, cleanliness, and profitability.

You will report to the District Manager and participate in brand training programs while building a strong team culture and delivering brand standards.

Requirements include 1+ year of QSR management, 18+, HS diploma; benefits and a clear development path are offered.

Qualifications

Minimum 1+ year of Quick Service Restaurant management experience.
High school diploma preferred.
Must be 18+ and able to work varied hours.
Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Develops and coaches Assistant Managers, Shift Managers, and Team Members.
Executes brand training programs and implements training plans.
Maintains high personal and team appearance and a positive work culture.
Ensures food safety, hygiene, and proper glove usage.
Leads operations to meet brand recipes and quality standards.
Trains staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and service goals.
Manages daily cash, inventory, and reporting with accuracy.
