Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Ability to work a minimum 5-day week with closing shifts, nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection practices.
• Knowledge of federal/state labor laws and local sanitation rules.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic accounting and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coaches Crew/Team members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs and assigns employees to meet operational standards.
• Ensures compliance with policies and practices.
• Performs opening/closing duties and staffing adjustments.
• Monitors inventory and places orders within cost controls.
• Prepares reports and action plans to address trends.
• Assists in developing and implementing marketing plans.
