Qualifications

• Minimum of six months restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year of entry-level retail management.
• Effective communication, basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems with autonomy.
• Willingness to follow appearance, uniform and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction and repeat visits.
• Lead and coach team during shifts; provide feedback.
• Monitor staffing, inventory and food cost; adjust as needed.
