SONIC Drive-In in Arkansas is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in delivering a clean, safe, and efficient dining experience. You will lead shifts, train staff, and ensure quality food and friendly service for every guest.

Candidates should have restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. This on-site role offers the chance to develop teams and contribute to a fast-paced drive-in operation.

Formación

• Experience managing a restaurant or QSR is preferred.
• Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, train, supervise and develop the team.
• Ensure quality food and guest satisfaction on every visit.
• Coach for better performance and provide continuous feedback.
• Manage food cost, labor and inventory levels.
• Open and/or close the restaurant as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve complaints.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards and compliance with regulations.
