Job summary

SONIC Drive-In in Arkansas is seeking a Co-Manager to assist the General Manager in operating and administrating the drive-in, while training staff to deliver quality food in a clean and safe manner. You will help ensure a positive guest experience at all times.

The role requires managing teams, overseeing daily operations, inventory, and framing standards. A background in restaurant management and flexible hours are expected for this position.

Qualifications

• Six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or two years of entry-level retail management experience.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to follow directions and multitask.
• General knowledge of restaurant or retail operations.
• Effective communication skills; basic math, reading and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, monitor and coach Team/Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Direct and assign drive-in restaurant employees to meet standards.
• Open and/or close the restaurant.
• Monitor staffing levels, inventory and food cost.
• Complete weekly inventory.
• Maintain files, records and documentation.
• Foster a customer service focus and assist in resolving guest requests.
• Respond to guest complaints promptly and respectfully.
