Job summary

SONIC Drive-In in Little Rock, AR, seeks a General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure a clean, safe, and efficient restaurant. You will lead by example, hire and train Great People, and manage staffing, costs, and regulatory compliance to deliver a SuperSONIC experience.

The role requires prior management experience in fast-paced environments, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced studies preferred.
• Minimum of two years restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and health regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and develop staff to deliver a SuperSONIC experience.
• Lead with a fair, firm, and fun management style and set the example.
• Manage a profit and loss statement to meet or exceed goals.
• Schedule employees and optimize staffing levels to control costs.
• Monitor inventory and place orders within cost-control procedures.
• Prepare operational reports and develop action plans for sales/financial trends.
• Develop and implement local marketing plans and initiatives.
