Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Normal, IL team. You’ll support the General Manager and help run the playbook every shift, from the floor to the kitchen to the bar, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; 2+ years restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service preferred.
• Highly motivated, self-directed and able to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Support and inspire Team Members to deliver top-tier service and unforgettable fan experiences
• Coach, train, and develop the team—helping build an all-star lineup
• Help execute daily operations across front of house, back of house, bar, or takeout
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment
• Support promotions, local marketing efforts, and in-store fan engagement
