Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead shifts and coach the team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

In partnership with the General Manager, you will drive guest satisfaction, manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants, and uphold standards for food safety and service.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct others, champion change, and train/develop your team.

Responsibilities

• As Assistant General Manager, you will manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• In partnership with the General Manager, you’ll help ensure your restaurant is at the top of its game.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement to create legendary experiences.
