You’ll drive operational excellence, coach a team, and ensure fast, accurate service with great guest experiences. A high school diploma and management certification are preferred, with 1–3 years of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–3 years of restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program is preferred.
• Candidates should be highly motivated, self-directed, and results-driven with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support and inspire Team Members to deliver top-tier service and unforgettable fan experiences
• Assist in coaching, training, and developing the team
• Help execute daily operations, ensuring quality, speed, and accuracy across all areas
• Step in where needed—front of house, back of house, bar, or takeout to keep things running
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment
• Support promotions, local marketing efforts, and in-store fan engagement
